St. Clair Winery honored to serve Veterans on November 11th
St. Clair Winery and Bistro will be proudly honoring all U.S. veterans and active duty military this Veterans Day, Friday, November 11. Veterans and current servicemen and women are invited to enjoy a free meal from a specially selected Veterans Day menu. All three St. Clair Winery and Bistro locations in Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Farmington are taking part in what has become an annual tradition to show appreciation to those who’ve sacrificed so much.
“Veterans often sacrifice everything for our freedom, it’s an honor to serve them and be able to say thank you to them each year,” commented Maritza Gomez, Marketing Director. “Honoring our Veterans means a lot to St. Clair, we are an American company and we are grateful for the opportunities they have provided us and all Americans.”
This year commemorates the third consecutive year for the program, since honoring Veterans with a free meal for the first time in 2014. Last year, St. Clair was able to treat over 500 veterans and active duty military to a complimentary meal.
Veterans are invited to choose from a select menu that features a hearty taste of home. Options of Southwest Meatloaf, Chicken Picado, Country Pot Roast and other local favorites like Pasta New Mexico and Isabelle’s Chicken Salad will be offered to veterans dining-in between 11AM and 9PM on Friday, November 11. Alcohol and gratuity are not included. Mark your calendar and join St. Clair in raising a glass to the brave men and women of our armed forces!
Servicemen and women can claim their complimentary meal by presenting proof of service, such as: U.S. Uniformed Services ID Card, U.S. Uniformed Services Retired ID Card, current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD214), veterans organization card or by proudly wearing their uniform.
St. Clair Winery was established in 1984 and is located in Deming, New Mexico. In 2005, the winery expanded to open the first of three restaurants, now located in Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Farmington. Entrees range from $9-$22 and are offered alongside New Mexico grown, produced and bottled St. Clair and D.H. Lescombes wines available for retail purchase or table service ranging from $9-$51.
