Winter Wedge – baby red romaine + roasted butternut squash + fresh apple + pomegranate seeds + toasted pecans + goat cheese + apple-maple vinaigrette

Orange Roughy – rice pilaf + hericot verts with fire-roasted red bell pepper + sparkling wine beurre blanc
