I authorize Lescombes Family Vineyards to charge my credit card according to my club preference. This includes wine, shipping, and any applicable state and local taxes. I understand that the purchase is non-refundable.
I understand I may not receive any advance notification before processing my payment.
Membership benefits are non-transferable unless noted otherwise.
Member MUST be present to utilize benefits.
Each shipment or pickup club release will be billed to the credit card provided during sign-up.
Quarterly shipments and pickup club releases will be processed quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Annual club releases will be processed in July.
I must notify Lescombes Family Vineyard via email at wineclub@lescombeswinery.com at least 10 days before each club order payment processing with any changes/cancellations.
Please note that if a cancellation notice is not received 10 days before the credit card processing date, the scheduled shipment or club release will be charged.
Additional Shipping Wine Club Terms and Conditions
I understand that there must be someone at least 21 years of age to sign for each shipment.
If no one is available to sign after three delivery attempts, I understand that the shipment will be returned to Lescombes Family Vineyards, and I am responsible for any reshipping fees that may be incurred.
