potage aux legume, crispy parsnips, and fresh cracked pepper, with a grilled baguette with Gruyère. Paired with Heritage Pinot Noir

saumon en bellevue with tarragon and mustard mayo. Paired with Heritage Sauvignon Blanc

Fourth Course

duck confit with green beans, potato au gratin, and bordelaise sauce made with heritage cabernet sauvignon. Paired with 2005 Merlot from a double-magnum (3L) bottle
