A Hidden Gem
In May of 2018, we opened our winery in Santa Fe; Hervé Wine Bar, located just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This new D.H. Lescombes concept location is unique and gorgeous. Tucked in the center of the city block, it’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered and experienced. We completely renovated the space that once held the “Skylight” nightclub and transformed it into a relaxing and luxurious space. Our lounge, bar, and dining area overflow with plants and natural light. We offer seating at our bar, dining tables, or on one of our two lounge couches. You won’t want to leave our relaxing atmosphere.
A Winemaking Legacy
Named in honor of our father, Hervé Lescombes, this location is unique, celebrating and sharing our Lescombes family winemaking legacy with our guests. Our Winemaker and Executive Chef collaborated to create a special menu that features appetizers, salads, and desserts perfectly paired with our award-winning D.H. Lescombes New Mexico wines.

Our comfortable lounge, dining area, refreshing outdoor patios, and unique wine and food offerings are what we believe make Hervé Wine Bar the best winery and restaurant to visit in Santa Fe, for locals and tourists alike. Enjoy a glass of one of our family-grown and crafted D.H. Lescombes wines while enjoying our popular Hervé Board (a cheese and charcuterie-style platter), Bacon-Wrapped Dates, a specialty sandwich, or one of our wonderful desserts. We also offer locally ground pour-over coffee and a selection of hot tea.
You’ll find our spacious lounge and bar comfortable and relaxing. Our beautiful space at Hervé Wine Bar features an elevated by our unique French-inspired interior. It has affectionately been described as being “transported to the French Quarter in New Orleans.” Guests have also likened dining here to “dining at the base of the Eiffel Tower.”
