Meet General Manager, Thomas Perez
I was hired at the Las Cruces location and have been with the company since 2013. I was hired as a line cook and slowly started to grow. I was promoted to Assistant Manager, then Kitchen Manager, and now General Manager. I am passionate about carrying on the Lescombes Legacy to our team, community, and guests in providing the most memorable experience with us. We, as a team, strive to give the best hospitality to our guests, making sure you feel like part of our family when you join us. I invite you to join us for quality wine and food to be enjoyed with friends and family, and to experience the true Lescombes family legacy.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I also love the outdoors; hunting, fishing, and camping.
