Meet General Manager, Thomas Perez

“I was hired at the Albuquerque Old Town location as a line cook originally but later transferred to the Las Cruces restaurant where I worked my way up to General Manager. I was given the opportunity to move back to Albuquerque to manage our new Cottonwood location, where I am today. What I enjoy most about my position is interacting with customers and working with my great team. Our employees are like family. Together, we all work hard to make sure each guest gets top-notch service and a great meal. Excellence is very important to me. I believe in treating our guests the way I would like to be treated when I dine out because we want to ensure we exceed their expectations. I treat our location like it’s my own business. There’s always room for improvement, that’s why I am always trying to better myself personally and professionally. Our goal is to be the best restaurant in Las Cruces.”
