In May of 2018, we opened our winery in Santa Fe; Hervé, located just one block west of the historic Santa Fe Plaza. This new D.H. Lescombes concept location is unique and gorgeous. Tucked in the center of the city block, it’s a hidden gem waiting to be discovered and experienced. We completely renovated the space that once held the “Skylight” nightclub and transformed it into a relaxing and luxurious space. Our lounge, bar, and restaurant dining area overflow with plants and natural light. We offer seating at our bar, dining tables, or on one of our two lounge couches. You won’t want to leave our relaxing atmosphere.

What I enjoy most about my position is interacting with customers and working with my great team. Our employees are like family. Together, we all work hard to make sure each guest gets top-notch service and a great meal. Excellence is very important to me. I believe in treating our guests the way I would like to be treated when I dine out because we want to ensure we exceed their expectations. I treat our location like it’s my own business. There’s always room for improvement, that’s why I am always trying to better myself personally and professionally. Our goal is to be the best restaurant in Las Cruces.”
