Patio
Our Patio is spacious and comfortable space that is ideal for smaller events. Enjoy our collection of live plants, wine barrels, and newly constructed shading structure with a perfect view of the nearby Florida Mountains. This beautiful space can be adjusted for almost any need.

Capacity: 30 guests.
Cost: $100 deposit, $200 rental for the first 2.5 hours, add $50 for each additional hour within posted business hours or $75 for each additional hour outside of posted business hours. $100 minimum spend, and 20% gratuity.
Front Lawn
Our Front Lawn is very spacious with amazing views of the Florida Mountains to the south. Mature trees offer shade during the day while elegant light posts offer subtle light in the evening. This space is perfect for utilizing for outdoor weddings, receptions, or any other event or party. Up to 400 guests can attend your event in our front lawn while enjoying our fine wines and craft beer, which is very unique compared to other event spaces in Deming!

Capacity: 400 guests.
Cost: $100 deposit, $400 rental for the first 2.5 hours, add $50 for each additional hour within posted business hours or $75 for each additional hour outside of posted business hours. $400 minimum spend, and 20% gratuity.
Special Event Center
Our Special Event Center is a charmingly simple and comfortable space perfect for smaller parties and meetings. Great for a more private, indoor approach. We have held a number of showers, receptions, parties, business meetings, and presentations in this space. We hold our Sip & Paint events in this space one day each month.

Capacity: 75 guests
Cost: $100 deposit, $300 rental for the first 2.5 hours, add $50 for each additional hour within posted business hours or $75 for each additional hour outside of posted business hours. $200 minimum spend, and 20% gratuity.
Combination – Special Event Center & Patio

Capacity: 105 guests
Cost: $100 deposit, $400 rental for the first 2.5 hours, add $50 for each additional hour within posted business hours or $75 for each additional hour outside of posted business hours. $250 minimum spend, and 20% gratuity.
